The following form is used to apply for the below for infringements incurred before 3 April 2025:

• Apply for an Extension of Time of an Infringement Notice; or
• Apply for a Withdrawal of a Parking Infringement Notice; or
• Dispute Liability of the Infringement; or
• Download an Infringement Notice Declaration.

For infringements issued after 3 April 2025, please use the new infringement system.

To apply for waiver of an infringement penalty, this application must be completed outside of the eForm. Please contact the Parking Office directly. Note that the waiver of an infringement penalty is only granted under extreme circumstances. 

If you apply for withdrawal or apply to dispute liability of an infringement notice you may do so only on specific grounds.

If you choose to dispute liability, you are electing matters to be referred to the ACT Magistrates Court for adjudication should your application is unsuccessful. There will not be options to reappeal on different grounds. For more information: Parking infringements and penalties.
